INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING: PHASE-TWO
Fill out the entry form completely. Forms may be photocopied or scanned. Attach additional sheets if you wish to provide more project or credit information.
Please avoid using letterhead to ensure anonymity during the judging.

1. Include one original and three photocopies of your completed entry form with your submission.

2. If you are submitting images with your entry (see “What to Submit”), send color photos or printouts that are labeled only with the project name. (no other identifying information should appear.
Do not send digital files.)

3. If you would like samples to be returned, enclose a prepaid airbill as well as a $15 handling fee for each sample. Photos, CDs and printed images will NOT be returned. Airbills must be FedEx or UPS. If you are using an in-house FedEx or UPS number, please include it on your entry form. Returns will be completed by Sept. 15th, 2009.

WHAT TO SUBMIT

Environment: Include a portfolio of color prints or printouts plus installation views, drawings, and blueprints/floor plans, and design construction features.
All images should be clearly identified by project name only.

Interactive: Submit CDs, DVDs, URLs, videos, promotional demos, and games. Digital materials should be formatted for the Mac platform when at all possible.

Concepts: All submissions must address the criteria (see above). Include appropriate sample, drawings, renderings, mock-ups, photos, and an extensive description of how your design addresses our criteria. Please do NOT submit original samples/models if fragile. The samples should not weigh more than 25 pounds.

Student Work: Please add process drawings.


REMINDERS

Jurors are far more likely to select work they can see, feel, and operate. Actual samples to scale are strongly recommended.
Experimental or unconventional building materials should be explained.

Information provided on your entry form may appear on our Woodstock Museum TV show that is streamed worldwide.
Credit information may be edited for length. Woodstock Museum is NOT responsible for incorrect information on entry forms that misrepresents the
copyright or original ownership of ideas or products.

Woodstock Museum assumes that all entries are original and are the work and property of the entrant, with all rights granted therein. Woodstock Museum is not
liable for any copyright infringement and that the entrant has secured permission for submitted images to appear on our promotional materials.
Woodstock Museum will credit the photographers if that information is provided on the designated line of the entry form.

All submitted materials become the property of Woodstock Museum and will be returned only upon receipt of a self-addressed prepaid airbill or envelope
and a $15 fee for each product sample (see “Instructions for Entering”). Woodstock Museum is NOT responsible for lost or damaged entries.
